Neil Loder / President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Loder’s industry experience began in 1985, joining with his brother to start the recovery audit firm Loder, Drew and Associates (LDA). In the mid-eighties he developed the "Ship and Debit Audit" for electronic manufacturers and has served as an expert witness in legal matters regarding auditing and the semiconductor industry. Mr. Loder has long been recognized for his leadership and innovative practice, gained during 25 years in the audit services industry. As President and Founder of Corporate Audit Partners (CAP), Mr. Loder is responsible for general business development and the direction of the company.

Greg L. Taylor / Vice President of Operations & CTO
Mr. Taylor is CAP’s foremost fraud expert and chief designer of VRM-Partner™ web-based software. Joined CAP with over 17 years of accounting and auditing management experience. Mr. Taylor has held a variety of senior management positions in accounting and finance including CFO positions in both the public and private sectors. Mr. Taylor’s extensive background includes management positions in the aerospace, banking and advertising industries. In addition to 13 years in the audit recovery industry, his expertise includes five years as a fraud examination expert and currently presents national workshops on detecting fraud and embezzlement. Mr. Taylor is responsible for the day-to-day operations and software systems development.

Paul Losiewicz / Vice President of Operations, Eastern US & Canada
Mr. Losiewicz’ experience in the audit recovery industry, most notably with Loder Drew and Associates, includes over a decade in audit, financial operations and the business development of Global 500 Companies. Mr. Losiewicz’ professional background consists of several management positions with Fortune 1000 companies, including International Flavors and Fragrances and Crompton Corporation. His undergraduate degree is in Accounting and Management from the University of Dayton and earned his MBA in Finance from Rider University in New Jersey. Mr. Losiewicz is also a CPA in the State of New Jersey. Mr. Losiewicz is responsible for operations and business development in the eastern region of the U.S.

Robert Frank / Vice President of Sales
Mr. Frank brings a rich background to CAP, with experience that spans multiple industries and includes manufacturing, distribution, and services organizations. He is highly effective at developing solutions that support client’s cost reduction initiatives while increasing quality and competitiveness. His work experience includes both field and management roles in business development, process improvement, quality control, project management, training, and customer service. He is a graduate of California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Mr. Frank is responsible for sales growth and account management activities, as well as identifying and pursuing strategic business opportunities for CAP.

Leslie Abrams / Operations Manager
Ms. Abrams’ audit-recovery industry experience includes 13 years combined managing and conducting audits for various Fortune 500 companies. Ms. Abrams’ area of expertise is supplier performance contracts and other compliance issues. Her audit background includes an extensive list of industries including, entertainment & film production, semiconductors, networking products, telecommunications, medical system manufacturing, food distribution, consumer products and application software to name just a few. Ms. Abrams earned her Bachelors Degree in Government and Law from Lafayette College, Easton, Pennsylvania.

Shealagh Meehan / Operations Manager
Ms. Meehan’s audit-recovery industry experience began 18 years ago as a partner in a start-up audit firm serving Silicon Valley and the high-tech industry. The firm was subsequently acquired by a public company in 1997, where Ms. Meehan served as VP for their Manufacturing and Technology Division after the acquisition. Ms. Meehan’s areas of expertise include manufacturing supplier pricing reviews, indirect spend contract compliance, as well as California Sales and Use Tax issues. Her audit background includes an extensive list in the Bay Area with a focus on networking, hardware, software, and manufacturing firms in the high tech sector. Ms. Meehan earned her Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Saint Mary’s College in Moraga, California.
